How do I reset a password?

Please NOTE: Only PaySimple Customer Care can reset a password for a Master Administrator User who has been locked out of the system due to excessive failed login attempts.
PaySimple Customer Care CANNOT reset a password for any user other than the Master Administrator User. They cannot see or edit any User Records in your account other than the Master Administrator User.

To reset your own password if you ARE NOT the Master Administrator:

• Go to your login screen at https://payments.paysimple.com/PaySimple/Login/Login

• Click on "forgot password" link.

• Enter your user ID and click "send email."

• Your reset password will be emailed to the address associated with the user.

• Once you receive the reset password, return to the login screen and log in. You will be prompted to change it to something new upon logging in.

To reset someone else's password if you ARE the Master Administrator:

• Log in and click on "Setting" in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

• Click on the 3rd "users" tab.

• Locate the user in the list and click on the "Action" menu to the right of the user. Click "edit user information."

• Under the "Account Access" section, click the "reset password" link.

• Click "ok" in the dialogue box, and an email will be sent to the user with a reset password.

To reset your own password and you ARE the Master Administrator:

• For security purposes, only a PaySimple Customer Care representative can reset a Master Administrator's password. Contact PaySimple Customer Care at 800-466-0992 to have your password reset.
