How can I track the status of a deposit?

PaySimple Solution 2.0 features an extensive reporting section, allowing users to view information on the status of each transaction.

To view transaction status or pull reports on transaction history:

  1. Select the Reports tab
  2. You will be taken to the Main Reports Dashboard, which provides an overview of recent account activity. The dashboard shows recent deposits, scheduled payments, and returned transactions. Each of these updates provides a link to view further transaction information.
  3. In the Where is My Money? section, click a link for one of the standard report types (for example Summary of Transactions by Date). The Report Criteria Definition page appears where you define the date criteria for the selected report.
  4. Define the Date Range by selecting a time frame filter from the list, then enter the inquiry date or date range.
  5. Click Run Report.
    • If the filters you select do not produce any results, a message displays in red that no records were returned.
    • Click a Transaction ID in any report to view the Transaction Details page for that transaction.
    • Click a Customer ID in any report to view the Customer Record.
  6. The data set can be exported as a CSV file by clicking Export to save it to your computer, or Email to send the file to any email address.
  7. You can re-define your date criteria and re-run the report as many times as you like.
