I can't get into my account
To get a new password or unlock an account:
- Click the Forgot Password link on the login page. The system will automatically send an email to the address on file with a new password. Any user in the system with Admin access has the ability to reset a password for other users.

- If the account is locked for excessive incorrect login attempts, the password must be reset by someone with Admin access. If the Master User of the account is locked, please contact Customer Support at (800)466-0992 or email us at support@paysimple.com.
