The New York Times is putting together a series of videos from small business owners who have overcome potentially business-ending obstacles.
The How I Saved My Company video series currently contains 16 turnaround stories from a variety of small business owners. Obstacles discussed include website issues, labor issues, employee buy-in, several different financing and economic problems, and more. Each video is created by the business owner, so you get first hand information and perspective. You can watch the complete 16 video set here.
If you've turned your business around, you can participate too-- and share your success story with others. The New York Times is actively soliciting contributions from small business owners. The project is described here, and all you need to do is send an email to smallbusiness@nytimes.com explaining how you saved your company. They'll get back to you with information about how to create and submit your video.
