Experts Thoughts on Business Ethics

Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society for the world’s best business schools, has just launched The Center for Ethical Business Leadership.
This free website contains videotaped interviews with business leaders in a variety of industries, who share their own experiences and best practices with fostering ethical business behavior at their companies. Understanding that every company is different, and what works for one will not necessarily work for all, the site presents a wide rage of “useful” practices, rather than attempting to promote “best practices.”
Currently the site features 10 topic sections, including the “essential role of leadership,” “what happens when things go wrong,” “management tools and practices” “ethical behavior in an economic downturn” and “anecdotes with an impact,” among others.
Within each topic section, a number of short video interview clips are available. Contributors include top executives from General Electric, Chick-fil-A, Campbell Soup Company, and Xerox.
Take a few minutes to check out the Beta Gamma Sigma Center for Ethical Business Leadership, and watch some of the videos. You may just find the insightful nugget you need to implement or improve your own business ethics programs.
