Matt Feierstein, Former COO of Pronto.com, an IAC Company, Appointed Chief Operating Officer of PaySimple

DENVER, CO – May 5, 2010 - PaySimple, the leading provider of SaaS (Software as a Service) on-demand electronic payment solutions for small businesses, today announced that Matthew Feierstein has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. Feierstein, the former COO at Pronto.com, a comprehensive online shopping engine and an operating business of IAC/InterActiveCorp (IACI), will lead the company’s business operations efforts, overseeing the marketing, product management, and operations teams.

Feierstein has over thirteen years of experience in online marketing, operations, and product management and joins PaySimple after nearly four years at Pronto, where he oversaw the company’s marketing, sales, and sales operations functions, and was responsible for the company’s revenue and acquisition goals. Prior to Pronto, Feierstein worked for seven years at Citysearch, another operating business of IAC, where he last served as the Senior Director of Customer Product Management responsible for the development, management, and operations of all advertiser product lines.  Feierstein has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
